Cuppa Coffee Review

Cuppa Coffee is the place where I had these food and drink. I forgot what my drink called; it's either Green Tea Latte or Fraps, I'm not quite sure but theirs is a must to try! I never fond of Green Tea but I gave myself a go and without disappointed with its taste. The price is around Rp. 27.000 ($ 2.70) not too expensive! Oh yeah, you can find Cuppa Coffee in places where Carefour is around ( I think so)! I had mine the ones at Permata Hijau ITC but I know they also have it at Puri Carefour.

Then at Cuppa Coffee, they offer this main courses menu into several package with a price around Rp. 50.000 ($5.00). Unfortunately, when I went there, they didn't have the stuff I wanted (I forgot the pancake called). But anyway with 3 main courses for a price of Rp. 50.000, then it's cheap right? Mum ate their Mushroom soup while I ate their Sandwich and Pancake.

I don't know how the soup taste since I hate mushroom but mum didn't complain at all, so I guess it's alright. While the sandwich itself is just too plain but well, you can't expect much for a package right? Their pancake is very good except its just too thin. The oreo cracks, chocolate syrup, vanilla ice-cream and oreo cookies blend very well in sweet pancake.

Good place too eat pancake and drink coffee while waiting but not a good place to hang-out with your friends. It's good for meeting but I think the way they designed their place it's more like a coffee place for an individual. Grab their main courses package which is cheap (including soup, 1 main course and 1 Pancake). I spent around Rp. 87.000 (including tax) in total and quite full afterwards.

Shabu-Shabu Slim Review

This Shabu-Shabu restaurant has to be one of my favorites at the moment. I don't know where-else Shabu-Shabu Slim is at, but I eat the one at Central Park, LG. They are Cheap, refreshing, and delicious with three kinds of soup you can choose. I love their Tom Yum soup a lot while their chicken soup is just ordinary clear soup (they should make it much tastier).

With just a price of around Rp. 80,000 ($8.00)/person, you can eat as much as you want with a time limit of 1.5 hours. They have meatballs, fried tofu, the delicious fish ( I don't know what its called), etcs, various of vegetables, few kind of Sushi and some deserts too! If you come down there on Monday or Wednesday, then you must try their delicious Green Tea Ice-Cream (mixed it with Strawberry ice-cream make it yummier!). For me, it's cheap and totally worth it!

And well since I'm sick and too lazy to take a photo, so I just captured mum's face ha-ha-ha. Hey, this is my third visit! The First and Third with mum while the second one with my friend, Devi. You can either eat it in a group or you can just sit in the bar with your own hotpot! The service is also friendly. So, highly recommended to try ;-)

PS : Don't compare them with Hanamasa although the price is slightly different. In here, they only offer Shabu-Shabu and for the taste itself, Hanamasa is far away from here. Hanamasa is good but this one is a lot better!!

Another Pancious Menu

Pancious has become my favorite restaurant to eat and hang out with for the past 2 years. I love their food, beverage and ambience too although sometimes its too crowded =P! Their pancakes is delicious because of the variety of toppings they have. "Manggo Cheese Double Pancake" used to me my favorite but right now, I'm just picking any random pancakes I feel like eating at that day.

Their pasta is great too apart from the carbonara and my friend recommend me which one to choose. Well, I've tried most of their pastas even the newest one - Chicken Blue Cheese and each of them is highly recommended. So, my friend decided to order "Chicken Blue Cheese" and she likes it :)

While my lunch is a bit different than usual. I decided to eat their burger again after the last one I like. This one I forgot what it's called really but there's bacon and beef and totally recommended!!!! It's delicious although it looks not too big but you'll definitely be full with it!

However, I know the aunty who invited us there is actually my grandpa's third wife's daughter :)
